I am a qualified fitness instructor (and nurse) who strongly believes that exercise should be friendly, fun and safe. I have a great deal of experience teaching and have been teaching exercise for the last 10 years. Pole dancing is something that I love and want to share with everyone as a form of fitness. Regardless of the negative image pole dancing often has, it is a very skillful activity that incorporates elements of dancing, gymnastics, flexibility and strength. Pole dancing has so many benefits, it helps to develop muscluar strength, it burns calories, it helps tone the arms and tummy and is as challenging as YOU want it to be.But most of all it is so much FUN. All classes are taught in a private venue and are accesible for women only (sorry guys). Classes are taught in the Leeds/Bradford area from beginner to intermediate level. Whether you prefer to learn in a group environment (in a class) or alone (at your home) I can cater for all needs, private lessons are also available on request. |
